UK visas are applied for online on GOV.UK. After applying, you go to the UK visa application centre in Addis Ababa to give your fingerprints and photo. The officer decides mainly from your documents, so clear evidence is key.
How it works from Ethiopia

- Fill in the online application on GOV.UK and pay the fee (and, for longer stays, the immigration health surcharge).
- Book an appointment at the visa application centre in Addis Ababa.
- Give your biometrics and supporting documents.
- Wait for the decision.
